"No compromises, nothing superfluous—for us, it was essential to create a space for contemplation."
—Tatiana Alenina
The 111 square meters apartment forms a rectangle with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. The living, dining, and kitchen areas merge into a single volume, while the bedroom achieves seclusion via three-meter pivoting doors. One quarter of the space accommodates a walk-in wardrobe, laundry, master bath, and guest facilities, yet circular flow renders the space endless and profound.
To achieve true cohesiveness, we limited the color palette. Total black—a complex and deep shade close to slate and graphite pencil—forms the foundation of the interior. The project features many bespoke pieces, including furniture and art objects crafted at Sergey Kartashov’s atelier.
As in our other works, this project rests on "To live with art"—contemporary art shapes the style. Vitaly Pushnitsky’s white sphere illuminates the apartment with a magical glow, while Alexander Morozov’s trams drift across the living room canvas.
"All our works are complex, close to our spirit. Only what fills us with emotion and strength, revealing our personal identity."
—Vladimir Krasilnikov
The interior pursues minimalism and ecological harmony through deliberate detail, transforming the home into a seamless extension of one's inner nature.
